CIPP/E CERTIFICATE LL.M. MARLENE PLAß

Marlene’s area of expertise is privacy and data protection law, she recently obtained the ANSI-recognized (ISO 17024:2012) CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) certificate.

Marlene supports organizations as an external Data Protection Officer in the implementation and compliance with the GDPR and other privacy laws and regulations. Organizations that do not (need to) have a DPO can consult Marlene to act as their sparring partner. Think of questions about the handling of data for outsourcing processes, HR, IT security, marketing, sales, audits, requests or objections of customers/employees (such as request for access, deletion, transfer), data leaks, etc.

CIPP/E is seen as the Global standard in European Data Protection Law and Regulation certification and has been developed by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
